1. Acceptance of Terms

VIP Bingo reserves the right to refuse service, suspend, or permanently close any account where these eligibility criteria are not fully satisfied. Any winings generated through an ineligible account may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to holdonly one (1) active account on VIP Bingo. Duplicate accounts — even if created with different contact details — are prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When you register, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. VIP Bingo may require you to verify your identity through Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures before processing any withdrawals.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any one-time pins (OTPs) associated with your account. Never share your login credentials with anyone — not even VIP Bingo support staff will ask for your password. Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility. 3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

VIP Bingo may request government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, SS/GSIS ID, or PhilSys National ID) plus proof of address to verify your identity. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method and account used for your deposit (where technically possible), subject to the successful completion of KYC verification. 6. Fair Play & Prohibited Acts

VIP Bingo is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all Kabayan players. The following acts are strictly prohibited on our Platform:

• Cheating or collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live dealer or poker games.
• Use of bots or automated software — using any automated program, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to play on your behalf or to gain any advantage over other players.
• Arbitrage betting — exploiting bonus structures or odds discrepancies in a way that results in risk-free guaranteed profit, regardless of outcome.
• Money laundering or financing of illegal activities — VIP Bingo complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws. We report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities.
• Account sharing — allowing another person to access or operate your VIP Bingo account.
• Harassment or abusive behaviour — targeting other players or VIP Bingo staff with threats, hate speech, or offensive content.

If VIP Bingo determines that a player has engaged in any prohibited act, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account, void all pending and settled bets, and withold any balance. We will cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies if required.

7. Privacy & Data

VIP Bingo collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using VIP Bingo, you consent to the collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal information as described in that policy.

8. Limitation of Liability
